Sleeping & Living Spaces:

The primary suite on the second floor is a true retreat, featuring spectacular lake views, a cozy fireplace, sitting area, and a dedicated workspace with desk and extra monitor—ideal for remote work. The ensuite bathroom includes a jetted soaking tub and separate shower.

Two additional upstairs bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen bed—share a full bathroom.

The main level offers a spacious, well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, a dining area for gathering, and a comfortable living room with a smart TV. Step outside to the expansive deck overlooking Grand and Shadow Mountain Lakes, complete with a propane fire table, ample seating, and a BBQ grill—perfect for sunsets and evenings outdoors.

Lower Level Fun & Relaxation:

The lower level features a second family/game room with a smart TV and a convertible air hockey / pool table for added fun. Kids will love the cozy under-the-stairs reading nook, stocked with lots of books—the perfect spot to quietly curl up for some downtime!

A large bunk room includes two queen-over-queen bunk beds (four queen beds total) and is paired with another full bathroom—ideal for groups and families.

Step out onto the lower deck to enjoy even more seating, breathtaking views, and the 8-person hot tub—the ultimate place to relax.

Important Notes:

Winter Access: AWD/4WD or FWD with chains is strongly recommended during winter months due to a steep driveway that may become icy.

Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles at the home. Additional public parking is available in town.
